The exterior of the building is white brick, clean and modern. The interior space includes a dedicated display front window area, perfect for showcasing. Floors are neutral grey wood throughout, 11ft ceilings with exposed white washed ceiling beams, and white walls. The neutral and spacious environment provides a contemporary backdrop for your event that you can make your own. There is free street parking for most of the day (excluding rush hour times) and overnight. Rentals past 10pm will have an additional hourly charge regardless of start time. We prefer and prioritize longer rentals. *Max rental offered is 3 months. Longer than one month rental prices to be discussed* *Day rentals run from 9am-10pm only. If you need the space later in the evening you would be charged the day rate + $200 overtime per hour after 10pm regardless of the start time of your event. There is a $113 cleaning fee added to all rentals, which includes all painting and patching of walls and all garbage and recycling disposal. $500 damage deposit is taken on all rentals. This is returned in full as long as no damage or overtime is incurred.
