About the Space
Our facility is perfect for band rehearsals, auditions, private lessons, studio space, dance rehearsal, private music events, yoga classes, filming, productions, photoshoots, and more. We Offer: -A live room complete with pro lights and sound. -Full table and chair setup for meetings, private events, and conferences. -A green room for artists as well as private rehearsal rooms. -Keypad entry into the facility. -A checkered floor and white walls. -Blackout curtains. -Additional smaller rooms are available for an additional price. We're conveniently located right off I-85, just minutes from Downtown Atlanta! Come book your next rehearsal or event with us! Some things to be aware of: -Fee for Paint/Glitter: We charge $50 if We have to clean up Paint, Glitter, or Confetti after your event. -Please be advised that we have a 3-hour minimum and that bookings are for "in the door to out the door". Therefore, you would need to include setup and breakdown as part of your booked time. -Event liability insurance is a requirement of Giggsters and ours. You must purchase short-term liability insurance for your event or have a COI (certificate of insurance) issued through an existing policy. We have resources to help make it easy and affordable. Please note: This is not the optional "Damage Protection" insurance offered by Giggster, but it can be covered with Giggster’s Production Insurance. Here are what the coverages should be: The required insurance limits for hosting a production or an event on Giggster are as follows: A minimum of $2 million in general liability and property damage coverage. The Production Insurance offered by Giggster includes: • $2,000,000 General Aggregate Limit per renter • $1,000,000 Products/Complete Operations Aggregate • $1,000,000 Personal & Advertising Injury • $1,000,000 Each Occurrence • $100,000 Damage to Rental Premises • This insurance has a $5,000 deductible. Renters must provide an insurance certificate (COI) from a licensed insurance provider that confirms adequate coverage for the rental. -No cash bar is allowed in Gwinnett County. - 12 AM is our normal cutoff time. We make exceptions at our discretion at an increased hourly rate. We assess these bookings on a case-by-case basis. - We never hold a date without payment!

Where to start?! Rehearse Live hosted the second day of the first ever DaggerCon 2025! We were welcomed with open arms and they even let us park a food truck outside! Plenty of space for vendors inside and outside in the parking lot! Michael catered to our needs and offered upstairs space for our panels with microphones, monitors and more! The light show package is spectacular, the lounge was spacious and inviting. Easy access to tables and chairs--the list goes on. It's safe to say we RECOMMEND 1000%!

Perfect space for our event! Michael answered any questions we had, left clear instructions for the day-of, and was incredibly communicative during the entire process. Definitely going to be booking again!

The Premier went well. We had a problem with the sounds in the beginning, but things work out. A rehearsal group was playing in the room upstairs. We could hear them, but they finally completed their playing before the film ended. Overall, everything was good.

I had my Single/Videl Release and book signing 11/10. Michael Cady was awesome. He was helpful, had my microphones set up, gave me access in time for set up and getting dress. Michael is very professional, polite and take the time to show you the venue. Two things that’s key: 1. When using this venue, you must have a certificate of insurance (COI) 2. Read the checklist before so you can know how to clean up.
