About the Space
Industrial event space with concrete floors and original stone and wood wall from the building construction 150 years ago. The space includes a huge high table for presentations or tastings with 12 seats, a bar area, a pool table, foosball table and old school arcade. There's also 3 vintage tavern booths with tables along the stone wall. 2 bathrooms are included in the space. FOR EVENTS Friday-Saturday Flat fee 1200$ from 5PM-3AM cleaning fee included. Pricing for less than 100 guests please ask if more guests. Thursday Flat fee 700$ from 5PM-3AM cleaning fee included. Pricing for less than 100 guests please ask if more guests. We rented for a birthday party. Great location with parking. Nice space for 30-40 people. 2 bathrooms very convenient. However, the bathrooms had not been cleaned, trash not emptied from the previous party, and their balloons were left in the room. Note that there is no sink at the bar. Only the two small sinks in bathrooms for water needs.

Amazing space for a large party. So many great amenities for hosting and very clean. Lots of parking. Cool location across from the lachine canal Keven was responsive and very accommodating

The place is even better than the pictures. There’s a small fridge and a big cooler and a counter. Would be nice if we could dim down the lights. (Only on/off)
