Industrial event space with concrete floors and original stone and wood wall from the building construction 150 years ago. The space includes a huge high table for presentations or tastings with 12 seats, a bar area, a pool table, foosball table and old school arcade. There's also 3 vintage tavern booths with tables along the stone wall. 2 bathrooms are included in the space. FOR EVENTS Friday-Saturday Flat fee 1200$ from 5PM-3AM cleaning fee included. Pricing for less than 100 guests please ask if more guests. Thursday Flat fee 700$ from 5PM-3AM cleaning fee included. Pricing for less than 100 guests please ask if more guests.
