Such an exceptional space! Every room has a different vibe was the absolute best. The host was super helpful and very accommodating through the whole time.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this property. The house was nowhere near the level of cleanliness that was advertised or expected. It was so dirty that we ultimately had to leave because it was not suitable for film. What made the situation even more frustrating was the host’s complete unwillingness to work with us or help resolve the problem. Instead of trying to make things right, he focused on charging us extra because we had five additional parents with us. Those parents were not even staying inside the house—they were simply in the garage while we were working. As a result of having to leave, we suffered significant financial losses, including paying our filming crew and cast for a location we could no longer use. A little understanding and cooperation from the host would have gone a long way, but unfortunately that was not the case. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. If cleanliness, honesty, and good customer service are important to you, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I expect a modicum of privacy during the use of the location. The on-site rep sat feet from us the whole time. THEN the homeowner walked through the production, in an undershirt and bare feet, staring at the talent WHILE EATING A BOWL OF FOOD. Talent was creeped out and we left ASAP. The on-site rep seemed oblivious to this intrusion.
