Vassil was a great host, super responsive and very accommodating. We threw my husband's birthday party here and everyone was in love with the house, especially the views that you can see both indoor and outdoor. Vassil was both helpful when I was setting up and very laid back during the party, highly recommend.

This home is the perfect setting for a commercial, movie, tv show, short or photoshoot.
Great for filming and events! Has been popular for a variety of projects: TV, movies, music videos, commercials and etc. Small independent productions as well as big studios are welcome to apply The house has a very open layout with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, large master bedroom and bath. All rooms have king size beds and have a lot of space.
Master bath has a huge soaking tub.
Outdoor area is equipped with a backlit Jacuzzi and a heated salt water swimming pool, also has a fireplace and a movie theater. Spectacular city views and beautiful sunsets and sunrises! Perfect for high-end party scenes and such.
It's got a fabulous feel both day and night.
On top of all that - 4 car driveway and plenty of street parking to make producers’ lives easy. 2 car garage and a fenced large backyard area ( behind the garage ) that can be used for storing equipment or set up as a catering area.
