7,500 sq.-foot space with lots of character and versatility - bohemian/elegant/rustic/industrial. The main area features a bar, wooden dance floor, stage, four chandeliers, two massive antique mirrors, sound and lighting systems, and a piano area. There is also a backstage / lounge area with a pool table and a separate rustic-looking restaurant area.
Ample metered street parking (free after 6:00 p.m.)

Main street-level access; roll-up door at the back entrance (through the alley) for loading.

The rates published on Giggster are solely for photoshoot/music video/film production. Due to COVID-19, we are very selective as far as booking events. Please inquire about our rates for events.
We $10 per hour to run the A/C/heater.
We open the doors at the start time you requested.
Depending on our schedule, we may be able to grant you a 15-minute head start OR a 15-minute grace period to load out. Any additional overtime will be charged the hourly rate in half-hour increments.
Some of the art work at the venue can be used for production only with a release. Please ask before you use them for your shoot.
Please do not remove books from the library shelves.
The floor is polished and lacquered and can be damaged and scratched easily. Please ask us to help with moving furniture or props. We ask that you not drag the furniture or props across the floor.
Please return all furniture and props to their original place.
It's best if you take before photos to remember where to return items.
We will charge $50 to return items not returned to their original place, if multiple items are not returned.
Please do not use tape that could damage the floor or the paint on the walls.
Please ask for permission to drill or nail anything into the walls.
Please ask before you plug into any electrical outlet, especially if your device may draw more than 10 Amps or 1200 Watts.
Please make sure to return all props and other items you borrowed from the staff. Please confirm with staff that you have returned the items.
There will be a restocking fee for some items you borrow.
Please leave the venue as clean as you found it. We will charge for cleanup required beyond simple detailing and trash removal.
We do not allow smoking or the use of any drugs inside the venue (unless used for props).
We do not allow the consumption of alcohol during film or music video production.
The number of people in your booking request should include all persons who will be physically present at the venue - crew, cast, guests etc.
Downtown Brick Warehouse with Bowed Wooden Beams
We offer you a 2000sqft rectangular warehouse as a blank canvas for your creativity. White brick walls, large frosted windows, beautiful bowed wooden beam ceiling, car access, lot and street parking, brand new A/C. The hanging bulbs are Lifx RGBW LED bulbs that can be controlled through an app, allowing you to more easily create the vibe for your session.

Spacious Old-World Victorian space in DLTA
Great open space with Victorian drapes and old world furniture. Has refrigerators, restroom, bar area, WiFi, photo booth room to set up for pictures, old pump organ, walls of Victorian frames, faux fireplace, sound system and two large projectors that project on the walls if desired. Think Disney haunted mansion vibe. Perfect for film shoots, vibey birthday parties or a corporate event. Has an outside gated area and also 6 parking spots. There is a separate space upstairs great for dressing area, changing, storage or filming also!
Black Tie Affair
Meticulously designed with massive concrete walls, gold textures, and architectural elements.
Approximately 12k sq ft, this location features an open floor-plan, fully climate controlled, in a gated compound to complete any vision.
Minimum rate shown is based on a 10 hour still photography shoot with 15 or less crew/talent size. Please inquire for rates on larger impact shoots.

Beautiful New Culver City Office Spaces
TLDR: By shooting in our offices, you get the benefit of taking advantage of a state of the art sound stage facility in Culver City for a fraction of the cost! Oh, and you don't need a Film LA Permit to shoot at our studio since we are a certified production facility!
Our rate includes a parking lot, 7,000 sf for catering/crafty/staging, chairs & tables, utilities/AC. The offices are brand new and very spacious. The North Office has a conference room with an 80-inch flat screen TV, large communal space, kitchen, and bathroom. The South Office has 2 private individual offices, large communal space, kitchen, and bathroom. Each office is furnished.
Additional professional rooms available: makeup/hair, green room, production office, and wardrobe room.
