This spacious 2000sq ft. industrial loft provides a ton of natural light coming in through its Eastern facing, floor to ceiling windows. The location is in the middle of DTLA's Fashion district just a few blocks away from the infamous Santee Alley, which gives you options to which you can explore the heart and soul of one of Los Angeles' most busiest areas. ******PLEASE READ!!!****** The given available times (Monday-Friday 8:00AM-7PM) are the available hours that this loft is available. ALL BOOKINGS THAT FALL OUTSIDE OF THE AVAILABLE TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO A RATE OF $45/HOUR. 110 Electricity is provided. Restrooms are available. If inquiring about booking under the 2 hour minimum.
