This is your modern minimalist dream house! Production-friendly property, with lots of nice features for scenes. PRIME LOCATION at the border of North Hollywood and Burbank, 5 minutes from Bob Hope Burbank Airport. Safe and quiet neighborhood. This home features an open space floor plan, 9-ft ceiling (with beams) in living room with abundant lighting, wooden floors and white walls, clean and white baseboards and trims all around, wooden hanging barn door, fully furnished bedroom, a staged home office, clean and airy open kitchen, laundry room/pantry room, good sized bathroom, and a home gym! Spacious newly remodeled backyard to shoot in, or can be used for crew. Back gate entrance for van or truck, for easy accessible loading/ unloading and parking! All areas shown in photos are available to use. This home is a fave for films, series, commercials, student short films, vlogs, brand ambassador photoshoot, team meetings, creative meetings, small private events and more! Off-limits area are NOT shown in photos. GREEN ROOM (ADD-ON) A separate area perfect for cast or crew lounge, or for hair and makeup / wardrobe, or just for extra storage for equipment! Room comes with its own air conditioning, comfortable chairs, TV, mini fridge, full length mirrors, LED ring light, and clothing rack! PET FEE (ADD-ON) Bringing a pet to the set? No problem! We accommodate pets in the property as long as they're trained and have a handler or specialist with them.     Really a good experience of shooting! Yna is a very nice host and welcoming. We spent great time in her house! Also, the house scene is literally the same as the pictures. Helped us a lot on time! Thank you Yna!

    Yna is amazing, so friendly and inviting plus her home is just so wonderful! Loved the back yard, has a great feel and the home in general looks like so modern with a minimalist approach. It suited our look and vibe to a tee so I can't say enough about the space and of course Yna! Very close to Burbank with easy access to any kind of food or shopping. Street is quiet and parking all around the area. It was safe and never worried in her neighborhood. Hope you will give this location a try if it fits the bill!

    This was our second shoot at Yna's house and it went as well as last time - which is to say everything went great! Clean, nicely decorated house. Organized, communicative and hospitable host. Can't ask for anything better on Giggster!

    OMG! This rental was everything we needed and more. Yna is a wonderful host. She made time for us to do a scout weeks prior. She shared all vital and needed information prior as well. Everything thing was seamless upon arrival. We did a walk through of the property, she had a sheet that greeted me and the crew that included parking information and the wifi. She even showed interest by asking us to share the short that we shot. She was very flexible, understanding and professional and her place is gorgeous. I definitely recommend.
