This is a wonderful, modern, open floorplan office space with 2 offices plus a large conference room, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utencils, plates, etc), an outdoor patio with seating for 10+ and even a ping pong table if you need to take a break or settle a bet with a coworker on who's better! Most of the furniture (including ping pong table) can be moved (or removed) upon request! There is approximately 1172 sq ft of workable space and another 225 sq ft of outside patio space. The floors are brand new polished concrete and everything is kept meticulously clean.
The building is quiet, 3 stories (we're on the top facing Wilshire Blvd) and even have a slight view of the ocean, if it's not too overcast. Great space for filming office scenes, conferences rooms, or if you need an aesthetically pleasing space to work or be creative. The whole office is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and the conference room has a beautiful glass whiteboard!
There are currently 5 chairs in the conference room but an additional 3 can be added upon request. Also, the conference table is comprised of 3 individual desks so they can be pulled apart / moved if needed.

The space is on the first floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The size is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use.
