About the Space

Open concept loft with great light and modern white high end furniture. ..south facing, floor to ceiling windows, concrete floors, 14' ceilings, large furnished deck plus rooftop. Open bathtub, walk through shower. White decor creates a perfect set to showcase products, it's inspiring. Great light. Shoots great! This penthouse is located in a heritage building in the heart of Gastown. Great views. The space is great for photoshoots, corporate events, trunk shows, product launches, still shoots and commercials. Parties are not allowed. The size, times and various aspects will affect the quote. Price quoted is for small shoots, larger productions quoted separately. Booking for a day rate is 8 hours. Extra hours can be booked at the hourly rate.

Its beautiful, and looks good in both day time and night time with the lighting she has put inside, and the sun exposure the place provides. Good for EVERYTHING.   • Do NOT go outside of my rooftop railings. It is against strata rules and you will be immediately evicted and fined.
  • Furniture and contents must be put back exactly as original. All equipment such as TV's, printers, lamps must be put back and BE WORKING - or an extra $500 fee will be charged to send someone to reconnect. I suggest taking reference photos so you know how things were and how you have left them. Fingerprints, scuffs and marks to walls and floor will be noted and cleaning charges or repairs will be applied against damage deposit. Take your trash down to the garbage room. If furnishings are not put back, or you break or take anything, you will be charged. Missing items will be charged to you. Close and lock patio door, leave key as discussed. Lock front door. Message me upon your departure or extra hours will apply. Accepting the booking is agreeing to all rules. Thank you.
