Old Apartment, 70s/80s/90s/00s Vintage Apartment, Lived-in Apartment Set in Eagle Rock (Los Angeles). Space has lots of natural lighting and beautiful sun direction for golden hour scenes. This apartment set is located in a quiet commercial building away from the streets. Set includes 3 connecting units: suite 11, 12, and 13 which gives out the effect of 3 separate rooms in a real apartment while still allowing you to put lights behind windows or move props around freely without receiving noise complaints like in a real apartment complex. The units currently have a living room/dining area. A kitchen area. A bedroom. The set also has a small private hall way between the 3 units to shoot entrance scenes. Minimal exterior shots can be achieved as an add-on, with plan approval (see add-ons) Most of the props in the photos are included in your booking. If there's a particular item that you want to make sure is available, please message us to confirm. The full mattress is now replaced with twin bed. Bathrooms on same floor. Check-out our other vintage sets by clicking on my profile. This location operates as a working film set environment; productions are encouraged to conduct a tech scout prior to booking to ensure the space meets their specific production needs. Productions with more than 15 crew or with parking lot add on will be required to have an onsite manager. There is an add-on fee for after 9pm access M-Sat, and 5pm Sunday. Please visit the add-on section to select what you need prior to booking. 9 parking spots (for parking only) included with bookings over 8+ hours. Other than that it's $20/spot (max 10). If your production has between 16-30 people, the rate will be $186/h + an addition $372 a day & a requirement of having an onsite manager available at $35/h. Upon approval only. _ Perfect for Film Projects, Music Videos, Video shoot, Productions, Product shoot, Promotional video, Promotional Photoshoot, Holiday Photoshoot, Family Photoshoot, Video Studio, Photo Studio, TikTok Content and Instagram Reel.

Great location thank you 🙏🏽
Thank you so much for a wonderful location & set to film my scenes. Highly recommended
The sets were perfect for our film. We shot eleven pages in 8 hours and we didn’t have to do any set dressing. Highly recommended. The owners are really great.
