About the Space
Old Apartment, 70s/80s/90s/00s Vintage Apartment, Lived-in Apartment Set in Eagle Rock (Los Angeles). Space has lots of natural lighting and beautiful sun direction for golden hour scenes. This apartment set is located in a quiet commercial building away from the streets. Set includes 3 connecting units: suite 11, 12, and 13 which gives out the effect of 3 separate rooms in a real apartment while still allowing you to put lights behind windows or move props around freely without receiving noise complaints like in a real apartment complex. The units currently have a living room/dining area. A kitchen area. A bedroom. The set also has a small private hall way between the 3 units to shoot entrance scenes. Minimal exterior shots can be achieved as an add-on, with plan approval (see add-ons) Most of the props in the photos are included in your booking. If there's a particular item that you want to make sure is available, please message us to confirm. The full mattress is now replaced with twin bed. Bathrooms on same floor. Check-out our other vintage sets by clicking on my profile. This location operates as a working film set environment; productions are encouraged to conduct a tech scout prior to booking to ensure the space meets their specific production needs. Productions with more than 10 crew or with parking lot add on will be required to have an onsite manager. There is an add-on fee for after 7pm access & overnight access. Please visit the add-on section to select what you need prior to booking. 10 parking spots (for parking only) included with bookings over 8+ hours.
