About the Space
Production with more than 15 people and/or having exterior shoot add on will require prior approval from the host and the present of our onsite location manager. $20 an hour to be paid directly to the manager upon arrival. Old Apartment, 70s/80s/90s/00s Vintage Apartment, Lived-in Apartment Set in Eagle Rock (Los Angeles). Space has lots of natural lighting and beautiful sun direction for golden hour scenes. This apartment set is located in a quiet commercial building away from the streets. Set includes 3 connecting units: suite 11, 12, and 13 which gives out the effect of 3 separate rooms in a real apartment while still allowing you to put lights behind windows or move props around freely without receiving noise complaints like in a real apartment complex. The units currently have a living room/dining area. A kitchen area. A bedroom. The set also has a small private hall way between the 3 units to shoot entrance scenes. Most of the props in the photos are included in your booking. If there's a particular item that you want to make sure is available, please message us to confirm. The full mattress is now replaced with twin bed. Men & Women bathrooms on same floor. I couldn’t recommend this location enough!! They were extremely accommodating and flexible with my date/time adjustments. The owner and property manager were both so kind and communicative. The property itself was awesome, lots of great natural light and cool props. I would definitely re-book. Thanks!

As always, the team was extremely professional and incredibly accommodating. Due to some issues on our end, we arrived about 30 minutes late to the shoot location—but they worked with us every step of the way. Minnie is always an absolute pleasure to work with: professional, patient, and organized. She makes submitting paperwork and coordinating logistics effortless. Donnie was also fantastic—he provided all the information we needed, guided us through the entire process, and made everything run smoothly. Overall, a wonderful team that truly cares about helping productions succeed. I look forward to working with them again and again!
