Large adjacent parking lot with newly added spaces, production offices, make up and wardrobe rooms, ample power, props and forklift available for use. 64000 sq. ft. building on 110,000 sq. ft. land. 2 huge parking lots for base camp & crew parking. *convenient street & freeway access. *film friendly neighbors & industrial location. *abandoned railroad tracks with urban look. *variety of exterior & interior looks (cranes, catwalks, etc.) Warehouses from 800 sq.ft.to 20,000 sq. ft. *ceiling clearance of 10 ft to as high as 38-45 ft (with 18x18 ft doorways). *ample power 600 amps/ 480 volts. Studio & lofts with furniture. *many props & logistics equipment available for use. *production offices for long term & short term. roof top view of downtown skyline & l.a. river bridges. Minimum Day Rate that is shown is based on a non-commercial still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 8 hour day.     Been filming at Colony for years and it continues to be a diverse and dynamic environment. It's dirty, grungy, and awesome. The owner is kind and helpful, the site rep was great, and the load in and load out was simple and easy. Between their old machinery still on site, and a few epic pieces of set dressing they've added over the years, it's the perfect location for that dramatic warehouse vibe.
