We offer Full-Service BYOB events at a flat rate *Please inquire about our open bar packages + rental rate options if you do not wish to host a BYOB event. 4-hour rental: $4,000 5-hour rental: $5,000 Your rental includes: - 4 event staff members - 60 minutes of setup time - Mixers and garnishes - Cleaning - Tax and gratuity - Full access to all venue amenities *There is no minimum guest count required for Full-Service BYOB events. We allow for BYOB events to be hosted until 2am with a 100-guest maximum capacity. *Guests under the age of 21 to 10 years of age, are allowed with parental supervision. Our venue offers a state-of-the-art speaker system, 55” Samsung Frame TV, custom color changing up-lights, 2 newly renovated restrooms, high speed Wi-Fi and a list of other amenities at no additional cost. Our venue also features a fully furnished rooftop with a rooftop bar, firepit, outdoor speaker system, NYC view, full kitchen for caterers, 2 dining tables and an elegant, custom built-in bar with glassware. 3 uniquely designed private rooms within the space can easily act as make-up and dressing rooms. A lush, stylish seating nook decked out with a full-size disco ball and a beautiful chandelier art installation brings a fun, nostalgic glamour to the venue. Our venue also offers a state-of-the-art speaker system, 55” Samsung Frame TV, custom color changing up-lights, 2 newly renovated restrooms, high speed Wi-Fi and a list of other amenities at no additional cost. The rental rate includes time for load-in, setup, and breakdown. Paid vendors such as caterers, decorators, and DJs are allowed to come in 60 minutes before the event start time. We allow for 4 members of your party to arrive 60 minutes before the event start time at no additional cost. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleaning after. The venue will provide glassware, ice, mixers and garnishes. Included mixers for each bar package are seltzer, tonic, orange juice, lemonade, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, lemon juice, triple sec, simple syrup, Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, ginger beer, sour mix, and Red Bull. Included garnishes are lemons and limes. You and your guests can request any combination of mixed cocktails with this list of mixers that we provide and the alcohol that you bring in for your event. An event manager, bartender, bar-back and lobby host are included in the rental rate. Tax and gratuity are also included in the rental rate. Complimentary use of our glassware, crystal drink dispenser, and ice and supplies such as hand towels, hand soap, and toiletries are included. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleaning after. We do not offer any catering options, but we can refer our preferred caterer to you, or you may bring in your own food and catering. We can also refer a DJ.

Beautiful loft, unique designs & very clean. I highly recommend for photoshoots and videos. The management team answers questions quickly as well as provide you with information prior to your visit so you are well informed and in person at the site. Definitely a superb team of organized and helpful people. I will definitely go back.

The space was great! The different rooms provided different variety in our photography. The directions provided after booking were clear and concise also. SO happy we chose this space, you will not be disappointed! Book ASAP :D

Her warm demeanor and attention to our needs made us feel right at home, ensuring that every aspect of our shoot ran smoothly. The rooftop space was a highlight of our time here – it was absolutely stunning! The views were captivating, offering a beautiful backdrop for our scenes. Whether it was the sweeping cityscape or the serene landscape, every angle provided a unique perspective for our shots. And the lighting setup? It was simply dope, enhancing every frame we captured. Whether basking in the soft glow of the afternoon sun or under the vibrant hues of dusk, the ambiance added an extra layer of magic to our production. For other potential productions, I highly recommend taking advantage of this rooftop gem. It's perfect for capturing those epic skyline shots or intimate rooftop scenes.
