The building has minimal foot traffic, and we provide an on-site space manager to assist you with any questions. Various parking garages are also in the area. *Any cancellations due to COVID-19 are non-refundable unless the city imposes indoor gathering restrictions. *We do not reschedule or accept cancellations of any dates or times already booked beyond 24 hours of their initial booking. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you may cancel your current booking and send a request for a new booking date, however, please know that we do not offer any refunds for canceled bookings outside of our cancellation policies. - At our discretion, we are not hosting production bookings with clients who do not have previous booking reviews in either of our venues. - We host limited music video shoots and do not accommodate boudoir or lingerie shoots. - We are not available for location scouts before accepting a booking request. Beautiful loft, unique designs & very clean. I highly recommend for photoshoots and videos. The management team answers questions quickly as well as provide you with information prior to your visit so you are well informed and in person at the site. Definitely a superb team of organized and helpful people. I will definitely go back.

The space was great! The different rooms provided different variety in our photography. The directions provided after booking were clear and concise also. SO happy we chose this space, you will not be disappointed! Book ASAP :D
