The building has minimal foot traffic and we provide an on-site space manager to assist you with any questions. We’re located just steps away from the historic Flatiron Building and are easily accessible by public transit (one block from R-W line, F-M line & NJ PATH; two blocks from 1-2 line & 4-6 line). Various parking garages are also in the area. *Any cancellations due to COVID-19 are non-refundable unless the city imposes indoor gathering restrictions. *We do not reschedule or accept cancellations any dates or times already booked beyond 24 hours of their initial booking. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you may cancel your current booking and send a request for a new booking date, however, please know that we do not offer any refunds for canceled bookings outside of our cancellation policies. - At our discretion, we are not hosting production bookings with clients who do not have previous booking reviews in either of our venues. - We host limited music video shoots and do not accommodate boudoir or lingerie shoots. - Location agreements can be signed after a booking request is accepted, not before. - We are not available for location scouts before accepting a booking request. You may request to receive an unedited walkthrough video of our venue for reference.

The location is spacious and gorgeous. The host was very accommodating. I used the location for a photoshoot and am very pleased with the results. Excellent service, definitely recommend.

Amazing location, its decorated beautifully. On site reps were very helpful. I highly recommend this location, and would absolutely rent again.
The location worked out better than I expected especially since we ended up renting the top floor to shoot most out of and this floor to use to hold equipment. However, we did get some beautiful shots down here as well.
