We offer both full-service rentals with open bar package options and full-service BYOB rentals. To help us recommend the best rental option for your event, please let us know your budget for the venue rental with bar service. We’ll provide pricing options with a complete list of the amenities that we offer. Event pricing ranges from $3,000 to $7,000 for a 40-person guest minimum. There is no minimum guest count required for Full-Service BYOB events. Your rental includes: - 4 event staff members - 60 minutes of setup time - Mixers and garnishes - Cleaning - Tax and gratuity - Full access to all venue amenities Our venue includes state of the art speaker system with DJ setup, a 75” Samsung Frame TV, high speed Wi-Fi, pool table, custom color changing up-lights, two newly renovated bathrooms, a full bar, and a list of other amenities at no additional cost. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleaning after. The venue will provide glassware, ice, mixers and garnishes. Included mixers for each bar package are seltzer, tonic, orange juice, lemonade, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, lemon juice, triple sec, simple syrup, Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, ginger beer, sour mix, and Red Bull. Included garnishes are lemons and limes. You and your guests can request any combination of mixed cocktails with this list of mixers that we provide and the alcohol that you bring in for your event. An event manager, bartender, bar-back and lobby host are included in the rental rate. Tax and gratuity are also included in the total. Complimentary use of our glassware, crystal drink dispenser, and ice and supplies such as hand towels, hand soap, and toiletries are included. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleaning after. The rental rate includes time for load-in, setup, and breakdown. Paid vendors such as caterers, decorators, and DJs are allowed to come in 60 minutes before the event start time. We allow for 4 members of your party to arrive 60 minutes before the event start time at no additional cost. We do not offer any catering options, but we can refer our preferred caterer to you, or you may bring in your own food and catering. We can also refer a DJ.

Amazing location, its decorated beautifully. On site reps were very helpful. I highly recommend this location, and would absolutely rent again.
The location worked out better than I expected especially since we ended up renting the top floor to shoot most out of and this floor to use to hold equipment. However, we did get some beautiful shots down here as well.
