About the Space
Please inquire about our full-service event pricing as we offer open bar and BYOB rental options. Pricing begins at $4,000 for a 4-hour rental with 4 staff members, 60 minutes of setup, tax, gratuity and cleaning provided at no additional cost. An event manager, bartender, bar-back, and lobby host are included in the total. Tax and gratuity are also included in the total. Complimentary use of our glassware, crystal drink dispenser, and ice, as well as supplies such as hand towels, hand soap, and toiletries, is included. The venue also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a 75” Samsung Frame TV, a state-of-the-art speaker system with a DJ setup, custom color-changing up-lights, a pool table, two newly renovated bathrooms, a full bar, and a list of other amenities at no additional cost. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleaning after. Our 2500 sq ft private loft spans an entire floor in the heart of the Flatiron District. The space is great for photoshoots, film shoots, music videos, interviews, commercials, and more. This moody, yet swanky loft brings professional luxury and fun into one unique setting. It features plush, velvet chairs and sofas, and a black-top pool table. A lush, custom floral art installation and our trademark neon Time to Play sign encapsulate the perfect lounge vibe. A 75” Samsung QLED picture frame art TV equipped with a YouTube Premium subscription. The location worked out better than I expected especially since we ended up renting the top floor to shoot most out of and this floor to use to hold equipment. However, we did get some beautiful shots down here as well.
