This space is perfect for shooting your next business scenes, corporate portraits, lifestyle shoots, and video interviews. The space is located on the 18th floor inside a 5 star high end building in financial district with a gorgeous skyline view of Downtown Los Angeles. Our space is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles with large windows letting in as much natural light as possible. There is a full kitchen, freight elevator access, multiple common area space as well as various private office room to use as your main production room with photo and lighting equipments available upon request.
Custom pricing is available upon request depending on availability. Hourly rate varies from $99 to $450/ hr depending on the type of shoot, production and crew size. Additional office or conference rooms available for additional price upon request during the site tour. There's more flexibility if the shoot can take place after 5pm on the weekdays and available all day Saturday and Sunday. Freight elevator available with Certificate of Insurance. There will be a site rep present to assist, answer any questions you might have and to help make your experience the best one.

Hipster Business Downtown
Our large creative office/studio space is a perfect location for all sorts of hip young businesses. Catering, shop, yoga studio, motorcycle repair etc.... you can make a lot of things work here. It is a stand alone building with its own parking lot centrally located between Downtown LA and the Arts District.
One consideration- Our building is on a street thats pretty "real" downtown. Once inside its a sanctuary but the street is a little rough. We are away from skid row and our street is heavily policed but if that sort of thing puts you off you may want to see other options.
The interior has plenty of open space with 1500 sqft of polished concrete flooring and rustic wooden accents. The working office has abundance of natural light shining through skylights and side windows. The front room has a long wooden dining table that has set the mood for fun intimate dinner parties for 20-25 guests. The kitchen is perfect for catering events and is connected to a spacious garage that provides easy access for loading and unloading.
The exterior of the building has been painted by famous street artist Ben "Eine" which adds some color to the otherwise quiet and bland industrial street.
Amenities include business speed wifi, kitchen, lounge, parking, 2 restrooms and an outdoor space with a large Mexican style oil drum barbecue. The conference room table seats 24 people and the bars tap serves ice cold beer on top. Roof access also possible with unhindered view of downtown for photo shoots for an additional fee. We can also offer full production services.

The Space is a 1800 square foot Lounge, 1000 sq ft indoor & 800 sq ft heated patio outdoor located in Mid city and it can be used for birthdays, graduation parties, fundraisers, corporate events, Bar mitzvahs, engagement parties, wedding parties, app release parties or any other special events. We serve soft drinks, juices, water, snacks and also Hookah. It is Located in the center of Los Angeles so public transportation is available, street parking is also easy to find. Host will be present to help out with any needs.
Sunday - Thursday pricing is 150/hr for Both indoor and Patio included.
Friday and saturday Pricing after 6pm is 200/hr for Both indoor and Patio included..
4 hour minimum on saturday after 6pm.
there is a security personnel charge of $50 for night events and he will be patrolling our two venues on the same street, if an individual security is wanted for an event the charge would be $75.
