This studio was perfect for our product video shoot. It has a lot of natural light and a great view which added a lot to the quality of our final project. The cyc wall set up was perfect for our needs and allowed us to get a very professional look. There was plenty of space for our equipment and the building was very easy to find. We were able to contact the host and get our questions answered immediately. The fire escape was definitely a unique and amazing addition to the space that we could not find anywhere else. I will definitely book this space again and recommend it for my clients in the future.

DO NOT step on or put any weight on the bottom curved portion of the Cyclorama Wall. You will be charged for any damage.

NO EATING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink at the Studio" add-on if you would like to eat at the studio.

NO SMOKING. Purchase the "Smoke at the Studio" add-on if you would like to smoke at the studio.

NO DRINKING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink at the Studio" add-on if you would like to drink at the studio.

NO ANIMALS/PETS. Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the studio.

Guests MAY NOT move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on.

Guests MUST put all lighting/equipment back to where they found it when they entered. We will charge a studio reset fee.

Guests MUST TAKE ALL TRASH with them before they leave. We will charge a trash disposal fee if this is not done.

Please be careful not to cause excessive wear to the studio. We will charge a Cyc Repaint Fee (Excessive Wear).

Make sure to clean the studio before the end of your booking. We will charge a cleaning fee if this is not done.
