Lorenzo and his partner, Filipo, are as cool and accommodating as can possibly be. The location is very clean, well-maintained, and also has a gang of equipment there if you need it -- they have lights, cameras, g&e gear, snacks, and more on site. It's a simple, minimalistic space that is perfect for interviews, photoshoots, music videos, and more. There's a large enough elevator to transport set dressing elements as well. I definitely plan on using this space again -- and soon! Being filmmakers themselves, they are very accommodating and generous with what they have built. These guys and the location are great! There's some noise that bleeds through from the streets outside but it did not hinder my shoot. I had a great experience and will be returning very soon. If the space matches the aesthetic that you're aiming for, I HIGHLY recommend them.

Such a gem!!! Such a find!! This is an AMAZING place to shoot at. They have everything one needs to ensure a successful shoot. There is a steamer, lights available, wonderful furniture (and everything in on wheels which makes it very easy to move), heavy drapes to block the windows. To top it up, there was even a fridge with water bottles!! The place is impeccably clean and has such a great vibe. Free parking is an added bonus also and a coffee shop next door. Really one of the best locations we have used. We will definitely come back.

Dana and team were so incredibly accommodating. We were able to book last minute, and they were willing to work with our schedule despite the tight turnaround. We will absolutely book with this space in the future. Cannot recommend highly enough!
