About the Space

1200 sq ft storefront off of Hollywood Blvd with 14ft ceilings, concrete floors, full kitchen, full bath. There are two custom built 10ft co-working tables with office chairs, sound booth, 2 computer on an airplane wing table, 5 monitors on the wall, and 7 sleeping pods. For this affordable price you would not have the entire property vacant, but rather come scout or write what areas you are shooting in and our friendly staff will make sure it is ideal for you. You can also book out the pods to have more areas or the entire place private. Inquire, scout and we will try to make it work!

    Really excellent place. Esp for the price. You have to know what you're getting into though. There are people still using the space. They know they're being filmed and they will hold for your takes. But if you're ok with this, this is a great space.

    The location itself has decent space if you have a small crew, and the location is central to Hollywood, which is great. But it's more of a hostel than a creative space. I was informed that there will be other people there working/chilling/sleeping after I booked the location. Elvina was super nice and accommodating but there were people checking in/out throughout the day, which caused disruption towards my filming. The space also was more cluttered than shown in the photos.

    The space is really cool and open. The staff was fantastic in accommodating our needs and answering questions. It was quiet. The only drawback is that it's hard to find street parking but there are plenty of parking lots, including one right on the block.
