Booking minimum of 1 hours for productions and 3 hours for events. Posted rates apply to standard business hours: Monday - Saturday 8am-10pm, Sundays 10am-10pm. For productions only, non-business hours may be available at 1.5x rate plus security at $52.50/hr (weekdays 7am-8am and everyday 10pm-12am).
Productions: cleaning fee starting at $50, assessed per production. Events: Mandatory cleaning $200 for events/workshops. Please inquire for full rules.
DTLA FASHION DISTRICT ultra bright production studio!
1700 sq ft studio with an overabundance of sunshine and spectacular DTLA skyline views. Very cool breeze with the windows open, flying curtain effect. The pictured furniture is included and available for use. Two passenger elevators, two restrooms, one freight elevator, very clean building. Bountiful parking nearby ranges from $5-15 per cash. CLEANUP + STORAGE POLICY
For multiple day shoots that are contiguous, tear-down + cleaning NOT required UNTIL the end of final day. (Can leave setups overnight as long as pushed into corners to avoid accidents).
KITCHEN & APPLIANCES
Includes use of the kitchen and all kitchen items for staging (or cooking for that matter). Assuming you clean up afterwards.
ELECTRICITY & LIGHTING
Includes use of electricity. House is on solar panels so extra green!
One 40 amp outlet in kitchen.
Generator outdoors also OK.
Many of the rooms have dimmer switches for extra lighting control.

Brick Walls & Rustic Wood Floors in DTLA
This a gorgeous 2,000 sq ft loft with high ceilings in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. It has brick walls and rustic wood floors. The space is located on the top floor (7th floor), allowing the large industrial window to let in an optimal amount of natural light and sweeping view of the DTLA cityscape. The window is dressed with black velvet blackout drapes and white sheer drapes, which can diffuse the light. There is a 14ft x 12x chalkboard wall for people to draw their own backgrounds or just mess around. There is an elevator with the option of stairs. As well as a freight elevator. There is a vanity mirror for make up, cabana changing room and wardrobe rack. Included are two Alien Bees B800s, trigger, light stands, and backdrop stands. There is eclectic furniture, which can be easily moved around. A 3.1cu. ft mini fridge to keep your food and drinks cold. There are two restrooms located across the hall.
Traditional tennis court property
Our traditional style home has a large yard with a pool and tennis court. The street behind our house does not have homes and so there is plenty of parking for cars and trailers and there is access from the back of the property. Previous projects have used the tennis court for craft services and other project needs.
Vintage mid-century modern classic by noted designer David Hyun (AIA). A gem to restore, this architectural masterpiece is situated on one level which makes it the perfect entertainment home for Neat-O parties and groovy get-togethers! Concrete blocks, walls of glass, floating ceilings, terrazzo floors, and many other original elements still remain intact. Sun-drenched pool and retro cabana is the bee's knees!
Minimum rate shown is based on a non-commercial still shoot w/ a crew/talent size of 15 or less and an 8 hour day.
