About the Space

The main space is an open 37' x 38' room with a vaulted redwood ceiling, and an entry hallway about 30' long. Walls are 12' high. Two skylights on the ceiling, can be blacked out upon request. Kitchen space and single use bathroom available. If kitchen is needed for food prep, please let us know. Additional side room, 11' x 18', may be available for staging/greenroom/office. Loft above is private. If interested in accessing the loft, arrangements must be discussed prior to booking. Wifi capabilities are limited. One free parking space included within the gate. One additional available for extra fee. There's a good amount of free street parking available on Lamar.
