This studio is sound proof and carpeted. We have a total of 3 sound proof rooms available for rental in our bright, multipurpose studio space. Kitchen available for any food preparation for an additional fee.
Rate below are for peak hours between 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
Hourly rate outside of peak hours is $15/hour.

Our main event space is an open and flexible space that can be set up for parties, dinners, fundraisers, presentations, workshops, conferences, and more. The rental includes access to our kitchen and lounge as well.
This space is a coworking, event, and meeting space with a mission to support and amplify the social impact sector. We host hundreds of events throughout the year in our open, bright and dynamic space, located on the second floor of a beautiful old building on Hastings between Cambie and Abbott.
We're always keen to work with events that focus on social impact, sustainability, activism, community development, personal or professional development, networking, and skill-building.
Our space is only available to rent between 5:00pm - 11:00 pm on weekdays and between 8:00am - 11:00pm on weekends.
We offer hourly rates, with a minimum requirement of 3 hours for a booking: $150/hour + GST
A $30/hour + GST staffing charge of applies for all bookings.
Note: A cleaning fee of $150 will be applied to any booking with 100+ capacity with food and drink.
Projector, PA equipment, and meeting rooms are available to rent at an additional cost. We allow you to use any caterer you want and alcohol is allowed with a Special Event Permit.
We have a beautiful, warm and inviting space within walking distance from Main Street, Cambie Street, West Broadway and Olympic Village. There are great restaurants and awesome coffee shops nearby, including: Tacofino, Rocannini, The Juice Truck, Purebread and many more. This space is a large open design with movable furniture and is available for weekend and specific weekday use, upon request. We believe this space is perfect for: workshops, board meetings, strategy sessions, seminars, photo shoots, and parties. During the day, we're a shared work space and community for entrepreneurs and freelancers. This space is the whole 2nd floor (with an elevator available upon request), floor to ceiling windows and 10 ft ceilings, there is a kitchen and lounge area with a 400sq ft patio on both the South and the North facing side. Casual seating for 50 people, and with a mix of seating and standing for up to 75 people (about 1500 sq.ft.).
If you envision using this space for board meetings for planning sessions, we offer a 250 sq ft boardroom for rent on evenings and weekends as well. The boardroom is outfitted with whiteboards, technology including: TV visuals and a meeting Owl that provides 360 degrees cameras for video conferencing. We offer office amenities if needed, ie: high speed internet, printer/scanner/copier, meeting rooms, etc.
With 600 sqf of flexible, multi-use space in the heart of the city, our studio is an inspiring space that is perfect for your next meeting, workshop, or small conference.
We welcome young people, educators, city-builders and the communities within Vancouver to use the studio space to network, dialogue, experiment and deliver real-world projects. This includes:
