About the Space

We are located in the heart of the Armoury Design District offers 3000 SF with 11-foot high ceilings, spatial design elements, concrete floors, and abundant light from the front windows. Our multidisciplinary space includes a showroom living space, a nine-meter design table, kitchenette, coffee station, universal powder room, workspaces, and conference and meeting areas. You will find modern finish samples, various handmade artworks, ceramics, and objects in the showroom, which you are welcome to use. This makes it a perfect location for editorial, portrait, product, food, interior, and lifestyle photo shoots, as well as for film production. We have a convenient loading bay, ample street parking, and a couple of free parking spots available upon request. The location is complemented by a stylish café serving artisanal coffee and light bites, and is conveniently accessible from major highways and public transit. We would love to see Renocon be the backdrop for the creative projects you create in our space!
