Located in the trendy neighbourhood of Kitsilano, our bright and thoughtfully curated Design Studio is home to our operations and florist teams, and serves as our office, warehouse, event space and production studio. The space is ideal for many occasions like lifestyle, intimate and product photoshoots, private workshops, bridal and baby showers, engagement parties, retail pop-ups, product launch events, private fitness classes, corporate off-sites and meetings, long table dinners, and so many more.
General Rules
- A 3 hour minimum is required for booking. The amount of time for your booking must include setup and tear down, and returning the space to its original form.
- Pets permitted by request.
- Food, catering and alcohol are permitted by request. For large events with alcohol, catering, and/or later hours, additional fees may be charged for permitting, added wear and tear, liability, cleaning & disposal.
- For longterm use for videography, International and National Television / Productions, rates can be negotiated.
- Guests are responsible for washing any kitchenwares after use and returning the space back to its original form. Cleaning fees pertain to cleaners fees for floors, surfaces, trash disposal, kitchenette and washrooms. A detailed list of kitchenware, furnishings and decor can be provided on request. We have a lot! Third party furnishings and decor are welcomed upon approval.
- Events with 3rd party rentals must organize delivery and pickup within their rental period. Drop-offs and/or pickups outside of event rentals are subject to storage fees.
- Washroom is shared with our staff.
- No smoking permitted indoors.
- No outside flowers permitted: We're a floral company and will happily discuss rates for florals for your event!
