Centrally located just off Cambie Street in Mt. Pleasant, our brand new multi-purpose, self-contained space offers a modern design with full kitchen, lounge area and patio. Make this space your own with flexible tables and seating, a large island to saddle up to, and everything you need for professional presentations, training and workshops.
We are within walking and transit distance from Main Street, Cambie Street, West Broadway and Olympic Village. Situated next to a large grassy park, awesome coffee shops, hip brewers and tasty lunch spots makes it easy to break out or cater in.

Spacious and versatile 1300sf open concept with big windows and skylight filling the entire space with natural light. Located in the heart of Chinatown, Vancouver. It is perfect for photo-film shoot, private events, business meetings, workshops, art related activities, pop-up shows and any similar activities. It is a large open space with modular walls, allowing you to customize the space for your event. (Note: we have set first images in the carousel to be the up to date paint colour and look of the studio.)

The space is part of 5000sf yoga studio with change rooms and showers (also available for rentals). We can also gladly provide yoga or fitness instructors by request and/or supply food through our local partners.
Retail pop-up shop opportunities (250sf) also available at separate rates.
Hourly rentals are available, typically $125/hr. Included in the rental are 4 tables and 42 chairs for use. Catering permitted but all waste must be packed out. As a near zero waste facility, we require all waste to be taken with you upon departure. We do not allow burning or smoking of any substances, or fog/haze production.

All bookings must adhere to current COVID regulations, including masks, max capacity, and vaccine passport protocols. As of September 13, 2021, organisers and facilitators must provide vaccine passports and ID to Stretch Staff on arrival, and are required to check the ID and vaccine passports of all participants when they arrive also. Failure to comply will have consequences.

Our Rock & Roll Eatery is a community based venue and licensed restaurant, established in 2010 with a focus on creating a space for performers and artists of all kinds. The decor is unpretentious and eclectic, owner operated in the heart of Strathcona we offer use of the space for everything from live music/DJ's, pop up dinners, meetings, conferences, cooking classes, fashion shows, art shows, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, film screenings & wrap parties.
Projector and projector screen available. Full PA with microphones/stands & monitors. House sound person available.
Fully operating kitchen and full bar service.
*COVID updates... we have opened up again for private bookings with all of the provincial health and safety measures in place. Our Capacity was 100 we now have a temporary 50 person capacity. All tables are distanced or have barriers in place. Table service only. Sanitizing stations in place. Live music events have a plexiglass barrier in front of the band. We still offer full kitchen and bar services. We have also opened up our hours to accommodate for any afternoon luncheons as well.

Conveniently located just 10 minutes by foot from Waterfront station, and with guest parking right across the street, we are the stress-free location for your next event. Our onsite staff are here to create a seamless experience for you and your attendees – one that’s memorable for all the right reasons.

This eclectic and homey space is perfect for private parties, hosting your friends, holding an event or getting down to business in a meeting.
There are large windows with lots of natural light and the electric lighting can go from bright to dim and romantic. There is an in-house chef if catering is required.

The Laughing Bean transforms into an intimate, cozy event space after dark. A hidden gem in the heart of East Van. Vintage bicycles adorn the back walls, and plants add dashes of greenery throughout. The warm lighting is dimmable to match any mood, and the white walls with rich chocolate accents provide the perfect neutral back drop for bringing your event to life.
Gain exclusive access to this space for any part of the evening between 6pm-3am, 7 days a week at the reasonable rate of $100 / hour or $900 for a full night from early evening into the after hours.

> The space - 1200 square feet of wheelchair accessible indoor space, 40 person capacity (seating for 25), 1 unisex washroom. For events requiring an alcoholic bar set up, we can provide a counter, sinks, water, recycling, garbages, and a moderate sized ice machine. The sound system is quite decent for most non-music focused events.
> 1-2 staff - All rentals include myself and/or another person on site strictly as liaisons for you throughout the event. Depending on the nature of your event, we can either stay out of the way and leave you to it, or we can offer our services as professional baristas - making espresso based beverages or pretty much anything else from our usual menu (drinks paid separately). Please feel free to message me to discuss your unique needs and vision.
> All alcohol, mixes, lemons/limes and cups. As well as any other bar supplies you may need. Minimal fridge space available, please bring coolers if you need to keep a large amount of drinks cold.
> Clean up. Please ensure all tables and chairs are placed back in position, garbage and recycling is gathered, and the general space is cleaned up to the best of your ability. The space is a fully operational cafe during the day from 6am-5pm so it will be necessary to work around our products in some ways.
> For music focused events you will need to supply your own sound system and audio gear.

The room can host up to 25 people seated, and 50 standing.
We also offer our separate Boardroom for meetings and can easily cater your booking with coffee and snacks from our café and commissary members. Please enquire for pricing and options!
