We offer one of the few remaining industrial spaces in Vancouver. This space retains all of its original charms. With a vaulted ceiling showcasing exposed beams, industrial flipping steel windows, huge skylights, and a concrete floor.
Convenient street access opens to a generous entry room with a large newly installed Bocci chandelier.
It also has the added benefit of being right beside one of the better restaurants/breweries in Vancouver, the Belgard Kitchen which can provide catering to the event.
Professional cleaning is required on a sliding scale, in addition to the booking fee.
We book the space for a 12 hour minimum at a flat rate of $3000.00, because of the large variety of events we host (including installations, vendor rentals, take down etc), the space is offered for a 24 hour period (8am - 8am the next day) for the cost of 12 hours. This is to give ample time to our renters and ensure there is no overlap.
Our space is an open-concept 1800 square foot space. This unique and artistic event space is bright and airy, with lots of natural light, original wooden beams, and open-rafter ceiling. Please see below for pricing details because it can vary based on the type of event.

Please note that the day rate is based on a medium-sized dry rental - if your event varies from this the day rate quote will be updated based on the pricing below:
SOCIAL EVENTS (Dry - No alcohol) - after tax
29 people or less - $150/hour (min. spend $750)
30-69 people - $225/hour (min. spend $1125)
70-100 people - $325/hour (min. spend $1625)
Saturday Min. Spend of $1,799 applies if rental goes past 5:30pm
Hours after 11pm are a la carte at $499/hour.
Please note that the minimum spend is non negotiable even for shorter rentals.
EVENTS WITH ALCOHOL - after tax
$2,123 base rate for a rental with alcohol. This would provide up to an 8-hour rental for this price, additional hours possible but would be extra. For this price, we can book as late as 11pm. Extra hours outside this timeframe: daytime is $125/hour, after 11pm $435/hour. Rentals shorter than 8 hours would still be at this base rate.
Wedding Receptions - after tax
$3,499 for up to a 10 hour rental. For this price, we can book as late as 11pm when choosing their rental times (e.g. 1pm-11pm or 12pm-10pm). Extra hours outside this timeframe: daytime $125/hour, after 11pm $435/hour.
30% discount for dry wedding receptions (i.e. without any alcohol). Rentals shorter than 10 hours would still be at this base rate.

Corporate daytime meetings without alcohol have lower prices. Please let us know if you're inquiring about this type of rental.
Please note that tables don't come with linens. A few pieces of stylish furniture are included with the room rental (couch, antique wood block tables, bar-height serving table, 2 round high-top tables), and the hanging lights are permanently installed on dimmers.
Please note that in order to complete the booking process, we require a rental agreement also be filled out and signed (let us know if you'd like to review this in advance), and if you are serving liquor you will need a special event liquor license and liquor liability insurance as well. (Liquor license not required if a licensed caterer will be providing and serving the alcohol)
Naturally lit penthouse floor in the historical One West Hastings building; we offer 2500 square feet of exposed brick walls, surrounding beams, sleek concrete flooring, North facing windows and raised skylights to create the perfect atmosphere. Fully equipped with a day dressing room turned night bar, private bathroom, fridge, and a newly installed photography cove. Loft also includes access to private New York style terrace.

This open concept Penthouse unit has a full kitchen with a serving window into the main area, allowing for flexibility based on your needs. Step out onto a massive private patio that overlooks the water and wraps around 3 sides of the building!

This space is a colourful and bright fitness studio designed by an award winning interior designer that is perfect to host events, group meetings, and photoshoots in as there are many areas of interest. It is located in the heart of Olympic Village
The space includes:

The studio prides itself on excellent service, well-maintained equipment and beautiful surroundings. Comfortable lounges, kitchen, outdoor deck and space to relax are offered to clients in a quiet, creative setting. Because the Armoury is a single room facility, clients are assured complete privacy while recording and mixing. With a fireplace, espresso machine and barbeque the studio provides a 'home away from home' for artists of all genres from around the world.
The facility is equipped with six independent ADSL ports and wireless internet. There are also three TV’s, a DVD player, as well as a Sony Playstation 2 with games. Secure underground parking is available.
We offer you nearly 5,000 square feet of hardwood floor with a 20-foot ceiling, and two huge rows of windows. It's a beautiful space in a great location, on Vancouver's Westside, minutes away from Downtown, Richmond, Burnaby.

It is a large open space with modular walls, allowing you to customize the space for your event. (Note: we have set first images in the carousel to be the up to date paint colour and look of the studio.)

The space is part of 5000sf yoga studio with change rooms and showers (also available for rentals). We can also gladly provide yoga or fitness instructors by request and/or supply food through our local partners.
Retail pop-up shop opportunities (250sf) also available at separate rates.
Hourly rentals are available, typically $125/hr. Included in the rental are 4 tables and 42 chairs for use. Catering permitted but all waste must be packed out. As a near zero waste facility, we require all waste to be taken with you upon departure. We do not allow burning or smoking of any substances, or fog/haze production.

All bookings must adhere to current COVID regulations, including masks, max capacity, and vaccine passport protocols. As of September 13, 2021, organisers and facilitators must provide vaccine passports and ID to Stretch Staff on arrival, and are required to check the ID and vaccine passports of all participants when they arrive also. Failure to comply will have consequences.
