About the Space
New Venue Space with Mezzanine (Indoor Balcony), in downtown Vancouver area within the business district, through 8.O Entertainment Inc.! Please inquire via 8.o.ent.events@gmail.com for further details and to be put in the queue! Located just outside of Gastown, Vancouver. Our event space features high ceilings with a mezzanine over looking the main room, concrete floors, and a pool table in the upstairs area. This open concept unit has a full kitchen, allowing for flexibility based on your needs! During Covid, please do consult the official government of BC website to ensure your request meets the current allowances mandated by the PHO. We follow all indoor and outdoor gathering guidelines.

I booked this venue for a bridal shower and every guest was super impressed, asking where I found it! Bright, beautiful, spacious and offers many perks (kitchen, tables, chairs, benches, large balcony etc.). The booking process went very smoothly and Richa (our contact for the venue) was extremely helpful, especially since I live out of town. The one issue was that the door to the building requires a fob to get in, so guests were unable to walk in on their own and we would have to let them in. However, that wasn't a big deal for us! We have no regrets booking this venue and we highly recommend!

The space was perfect for the event we hosted. It had everything we needed including the TV, tables, chairs - that made things a lot easier so that we didn't need to rent these separately. Richa was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed for the event to go smoothly. The natural lighting was beautiful for taking pictures. Would definitely recommend and rent this space again!

This space was perfect for our minimony wedding. Has a large patio with some great views, large open space, and the kitchen is clutch. Do not hesitate to book this place for your event. Natalie is super great, responds quick to emails, and had clear communication and instructions. Everything was smooth and easy.

Great open space with a wonderful view of the mountains. Large boardroom table, connection devices, and whiteboards allowed us to have a productive off-site day.

A great space that we loved using. A beautiful view with high open ceilings. Minimal space with very great details and the concrete floor is really nice. Nicholas was very easy to deal with and everything was quite straightforward.

What a fabulous venue! Space to be outdoors if the weather cooperates, and plenty of room inside if it does not. Nick is a super friendly and accommodating host, making the whole process an easy one. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely gorgeous space with tons of natural light. Fully equipped and fantastic communication. The perfect space for events, photoshoots, workshops, group meetings. I would book it again in a heartbeat!
