About the Space
Our expansive Open Studio, measuring approximately 22 ft (w) x 33 ft (l), provides an ideal space for events, video productions, photoshoots, motion capture, workshops, and more. This versatile room comfortably accommodates up to 20 people, with a maximum capacity of 35. The studio also includes an outlying open area for additional space, making it perfect for larger creative projects or team collaborations. Additional features such as durable rubber flooring throughout the open area is ideal for various activities. Enjoy free parking for up to 5-6 vehicles right in front of our facility, with 24/7 availability (surcharge applies for after-hours use from 9pm to 7am). Please note: Smoking and alcohol are prohibited on the premises, maintaining a clean, professional environment. For video streaming or podcasting, our adjoining Podcast Room is available, comfortably seating 4 people for production needs. Whether you’re hosting a small gathering, creating content, or filming a production, this open, flexible space is ready to bring your vision to life!
