Great little studio. All day parking was close by (one block away) which was SO nice for hauling stuff up! Bright lighting and cute furniture made the space easy to shoot in. The host was responsive and easy to deal with!

Beautiful studio, definitely recommend!

Beautiful East Facing studio in historic Gastown. East facing means direct morning light and beautiful ambient light into the afternoon. This studio is well suited for photo shoots and content creators. The space is equipped with a round marble table and two chairs, a rattan chair, plants and a few accent pieces. Purposely keeping the space minimal, but with enough items to create a cozy vibe or keep it simplistic. There are prop shelves in the studio you are welcome to utilize. 4ft seamless paper, stands are available for use. 2-3hrs will be billed at 80/hr and will be adjusted at payment. 4hr+ 60/hr Day rate available (8hrs), message for custom quote. Shared bathroom on floor, not private. Note there is no overhead lighting, but a hanging lamp. If you need additional lighting please let me know in advance. Applicable taxes will apply and be added at payment.

Great space and Jenna was super helpful for booking and during the use of the space when I had a question. Very responsive and instructions for entering and leaving were super clear. Will definitely use this space again!
