About the Space

*floors are now painted white* Beautiful East Facing studio in historic Gastown. East facing means direct morning light and beautiful ambient light into the afternoon. The space is equipped with a round marble table and two chairs, a togo couch, plants and a few accent pieces. Purposely keeping the space minimal, but with enough items to create a cozy vibe or keep it simplistic. There are prop shelves in the studio you are welcome to utilize as well as seamless paper($), stands, and vflat. Day rate available (8hrs), message for custom quote. Shared bathroom on floor, not private. Note there is no overhead lighting, but a hanging lamp. We do not allow any stock photography allowed in our studios - reach out if you need further clarifications

    This was the perfect space for my small shoot. We were a small team and the space was a great size for the three of us. Even though we lost some of the direct light, the windows gave us so much natural light that the photos look stunning. Really happy there is a small space like this in Vancouver to rent that was such a reasonable rate for a couple of hours of shooting!

    an absolutely beautiful space to rent for content creation! I am a full-time content creator and I have struggled creating content at home for the past few weeks since the light was all over the place in my apartment. But this is not an issue with this studio! I want to make it a regular thing now to rent this (or any other studios Jenna has) to make the content creation process easier for me.

    Had an incredible photoshoot today! The weather was absolutely perfect, with gorgeous natural lighting that made everything glow. The space was ideal—intimate yet versatile, making it perfect for my product shoot. Couldn’t have asked for a better setup! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-lit spot.

    Great small studio, perfect for what I needed! We had 4 people in the room max, it was the perfect size when we were 3. This is because we had clothing racks and accessories and lights. Unfortunately it was raining, but I bet on a sunny day, this studio is absolutely stunning. Thanks Jenna!

    I highly recommend this space! The lighting was good even on a cloudy day and everything in the studio matched the photos exactly. The building was easy to find, with convenient parking available right next to it. Jenna was very responsive and addressed all my questions quickly. Overall, I'm really happy I chose this space for my product shoot.
