Located in Mount Pleasant/south flats, our 1,000+ sqft loft studio is a warm, industrial-inspired space designed with the earth as its inspiration. The studio features beautiful south-facing natural light throughout the day, with direct sunlight beginning around 11am and continuing through sunset. The space has an intentionally raw, textured feel, balanced with warm earth-toned accents, natural materials, and layered styling pieces. The fireplace does work-please let me know if you plan to use this during your shoot. The kitchen has a floating shelf with fable dishware, zelige tiles complete the minimal kitchen space. A large textured wall creates a strong backdrop for portraits, branding, editorial, and commercial imagery, while the open floor plan allows for flexible setups and movement throughout the space. The overall aesthetic is minimal but warm, with an industrial foundation that can easily be styled to suit a variety of creative concepts. Light: South-facing windows provide beautiful natural light all day, with direct sun beginning around 11am and lasting through sunset. The light shifts throughout the day, starting on the right side wall and moving slowly to the left wall as sunset nears. In the space: Large south-facing windows Textured feature wall leather togo loveseat and ottoman west elm concrete coffee table sunday furniture table, chairs and bench Clothing rolling rack hand steamer C-stands x2 Private bathroom kitchen The studio works beautifully for branding, lifestyle, editorial, portrait, product, and commercial photography, with plenty of room to create multiple looks within one booking. Please note: This is a 3rd floor walk up, I will meet you to help load in/show the studio. The upstairs loft area is strictly off limits. You may use the stairs to capture above images, but not past the main landing. Note this space is currently evolving, we are awaiting new furniture pieces, stair railing is being changed next week, sheer curtains being put up etc. Please message if you have questions. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind. If you plan to use the kitchen or require fridge/freezer space, please let me know in advance! This space is artist occupied when not being rented out, so treat the space as you would your own :)

Jenna is an excellent host and communicated well. The studio space is big and beautiful with its large windows giving ample amount of light for our photoshoot. Love the decor and furniture in each of the rooms. A great lifestyle studio.
Beautiful space. Bright and specious
Jenna was excellent. The place was super clean and spacious and my clients' were loving the spot. Seems like they've heard many great things about this location and host before our session and I'm here to confirm everything is 100% true! There was so much versatility and the lighting was gorgeous. Attention to detail in every room, and great lighting. There were curtains available in each room and they acted as diffusers if needed. I highly recommend!

We booked this space for our wedding family photos and it was perfect. The views are incredible and the space is versatile while also just being stunning as is. Jenna was very responsive and made access the day-of as simple as could be.
