About the Space
True New York style loft in the heart of Gastown. 1906 brick and concrete construction completely restored in 2006. This grand open concept includes 14’ high ceilings, concrete floors, visible piping and minimal modern walls. A true example of a heritage conversion building in Vancouver. Huge deck overlooking Vancouver’s cityscape as well as a smaller rooftop deck with panoramic city, water and mountain views.

Loved shooting here - the light is beautiful, love the colours and open concept. Lots of variety for my couples and boudoir sessions. Would definitely come back.

Location Rules
- Can be rented until 10 PM The Day-rate is for an 8 hour day. Hourly Rate applies after 8 hours. ROOFTOP: MUST remain in the railing area of the rooftop patio. NO ACCESS to the actual rooftop. This is subject to Strata's approval and not included in the rental fee. These fees are for smaller shoots etc. Commercial work will be quoted on the basis of the production. The cleaning fee will be adjusted according to the number of people and time rented if needed.
