Welcome to Subject Studio™ Centrally located, open photo/video studio for commercial + editorial use. Pleasant, and Olympic Village. Walking distance to Kranky Cafe, Red Truck Brewing, Tractor Foods, JJ Bean, Nuba, BEC, Vancouver Soup Co. and Nemesis Coffee. Included: - Floor Fan - Rolling Garment Rack - High-Speed WIFI - In-Studio Private Washroom - Various-sized black and white foam bounce/flags/v-flats - 3x C-Stands - Seamless Paper Mount Not Included: - Paper Backdrops (available as add-ons) - Strobes (available as add-ons) Rental notes: *Rentals outside of regular hours are available by inquiry starting at $99/hour. *Make sure to include time for set-up & tear-down within your booking hours, the space should be returned to its original condition by the end of your booking. *Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late of the start of their booking will result in the forfeiture of the booking time without eligibility for a refund. *Please note the space requires going down 5 steps so please ensure your load-in accounts for these short few stairs. Carter runs an incredible space perfect for our product shoot. Arrival went smoothly and Carter was quick to help out with any questions and changes we had both prior to the booking and on the day. The only knock to this place is that there is no parking but there are plenty of options near by. Really recommend this space and Carter as a host.

Carter was wonderful, the space is neat, tidy, bright and a pleasure to shoot in. The instructions to access were concise and it made shooting there a breeze. I will certainly book in again and he let us know that they have another space in Railtown as well that is larger, should it better suit a larger production. 10/10 service.
