Included: - Floor Fan - Rolling Garment Rack - High-Speed WIFI - In-Studio Private Washroom - Various-sized black and white foam bounce/flags/v-flats - 3x C-Stands - Seamless Paper Mount Not Included: - Paper Backdrops (available as add-ons) - Strobes (available as add-ons) Rental notes: *Rentals outside of regular hours are available by inquiry starting at $99/hour. *Make sure to include time for set-up & tear-down within your booking hours, the space should be returned to its original condition by the end of your booking. *Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late of the start of their booking will result in the forfeiture of the booking time without eligibility for a refund. *Please note the space requires going down 5 steps so please ensure your load-in accounts for these short few stairs.
