Important: Studio Information & Holiday Decor Details 🎄 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Welcome to our bright, minimalistic, east-facing studio in Downtown Vancouver—a cozy, well-equipped haven perfect for photographers, artists, and creatives alike! HOLIDAY SEASON DECOR: From November 1st to December 22nd, our studio will feature special Christmas decor. However, if you’d like a decor-free space, we can temporarily remove the holiday setup for shoots that are 4+ hours. Backdrop & Sofa Availability: Alongside our holiday decor, we’ll still have our regular backdrops and our signature brown sofa available. If you’re booking for 1 hour, rental is set at $90. Studio Highlights: The main area is flooded with natural light, complemented by artificial continuous video lights and speed lights—ideal for professional photography and content creation. Included Amenities: Stylish sofa Wassily chair & Chair #2 White and black paper backdrops (Note: backdrops roll down on the floor to step on it with additional fee only!) Mirror Lighting: 1 GVM RGB LED Video Light, 2 800D Studio Lights included at NO extra cost Steamer Additional Options: Rolling a backdrop on the floor (up to 1.5m): $20 Please message us for our current backdrop colour selection. Flash Strobe Light (maximum amount - 2) - $30 per 1 for the whole time of your rent. General Studio Rules: Pets are not allowed Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited Security Information: For everyone’s safety, our studio has a 24/7 security camera positioned to monitor the main shooting area.
