About the Space
Super spacious infinity curve, spacious desk. Large floor window south facing (with blackout blinds). 2 hr booking allowed from 10am-2:30pm start times biz days, plz message or send request. Full day rate is capped at 8 hrs fees but you can use until 10pm. This photo studio is on our second floor. Please note the only access is STAIRS. The studio is structured as an open space concept with an office attached to the infinity wall. We have a vanity counter that's great for makeup and a private washroom for models to get dressed. Amenities Include: - multiple C-stands, apple boxes, sandbags, and v-flat - Bar table no longer exists! - Clothing rack for outfit changes - Adjustable standing/sitting honeycomb tables perfect for versatility + comfy office chairs - luxury puzzle lounge stools for the perfect photo - Private washroom - Microwave/centrally filtered water/coffee&tea station+water boiler - Free Parking ** note the flooring will inevitably have some blemishes. We steam it every time and paint it periodically . Most shoots don’t show flooring, but if perfect white flooring required plz let us know and we can make special arrangements to have it painted prior to visit. We use low VOC high grade flat paint for best visual result. Also, plz use indoor shoes on infinity flooring, and no food & drinks in infinity flooring. The # of crew must be accurate, the pricing is people based due to wear and tear. If # of people exceed booking, we will charge the accurate # of crew + $100 penalty for misrepresentation. Plz message ahead of time if you expect more crew. ** Lights are NOT included in rental, plz bring sufficient lighting especially on cloudy days. Lighting Rentals are available ** If there is any production/photography used, the rates must be our production rate. Meeting users cannot use our infinity flooring section as we regularly repaint the flooring which is why it is more expensive for production rate. Violations will result in a fine of $100/hr *Fog machine usage must be communicated ahead of time, we will provide guidance on how to use it to avoid triggering smoke alarm (close hallway door, low setting and intermittent usage only with bathroom fan and A/C fan on) but it is ultimately your responsibility. If alarm is triggered, a minimum of $500 or the fine levied by fire department, whichever is higher, will be charged! Use at your discretion!

Booking, parking, and setup was all smooth and easy. Space and additional stands, sandbags, and extension cords were all great! Only drawback was the sweep itself was quite dirty and we ended up having to bring our own backdrops to shoot our product. Great space overall!

Eric was great, facility is amazing. No complaints at all, they freshly repainted white backdrop for us, great service and facility. I would highly recommend anyone looking for good studio for photoshoots, definitely go there.

Easy access. The infinity backdrop was freshly painted. Communication with Eric was simple and effective. He even gave us a bit of a grace period after wrap as we were running late because of highway delays due to the atmospheric river.
