About the Space
This 2-level Gastown loft features 2000sqt feet of space, exposed brick feature, modern fixtures and appliances. Soaring 18ft ceilings with an open floor plan and north facing windows. Ground level entry allows for easy-flow access from the alley or front of building. The space is flexible enough to host a wide variety of shoots or projects. Lighting Kit Add-on recommended if you do not have your own. Lovely place, great experience. Little bit of noise from the back alley. (Garbage trucks and other trucks backing up)

The loft is a great space with many different options/angles to shoot. The owner James, is very accommodating, responsive and very easy to work it. All information required is always clearly outlined and I would highly recommend this location. Thanks again for another great shoot.

Would not hesitate booking with James! Responds quickly, and communicates great. We had only friendly and thoughtful interactions. As for the place. It was beautiful and cozy. It accommodated our event excellently, a gem of a home.
