About the Space

This 2-level Gastown loft features 2000sqt feet of space, exposed brick feature, modern fixtures and appliances. Soaring 18ft ceilings with an open floor plan and north facing windows. Ground level entry allows for easy-flow access from the alley or front of building. The space is flexible enough to host a wide variety of shoots or projects. Lighting Kit Add-on recommended if you do not have your own.     James was awesome as always! this is the first time I work at his new studio. Very spacious and easy to get to. I went on a very overcast day, which I don't think matters that much, because you definitely will benefit from external lights anyways. The first floor does get some natural light, not sure how bright it gets with sunlight, but the bottom floor has no natural light at all, so keep that in mind for the space! The ambient lights can works wonders in some scenarios, but that has to be done very purposefully. Overall, can definitely recommend the space

    James was informative and responded promptly when I was first acquiring for a space to host my event. The space was clean, spacious and well located. James answered my last minute questions instantly during my rental time. I would highly recommend this space!

    Fantastic experience. The checking in and out was beyond efficient, the space was clean, beautifully designed, and had a lot of character. Will definitely be back!

    Great location. Easy to access. We managed to shoot a bunch of videos and found many settings in this location to accommodate our style and vibe. The ceilings are high and white so we used our lights to fill the place with the light we wanted. Host was very responsive and addressed all our questions quickly.
