About the Space
Our Holiday Setup is now available as an add-on! If you'd like to have holiday decor for your booking, you must add-on this option to your reservation (found in add-ons when booking). Includes setup and tear down service of holiday decorations (tree, mantle garland, wreaths, stockings, and other festive decor). Let your art be part of our thoughtfully curated loft studio—a refined creative environment designed with both function and beauty in mind. The north-facing space is flooded with natural light and framed by soaring 16-foot ceilings and crisp white walls, creating the ideal backdrop for photography and videography productions and hosting memorable events. Every detail has been considered: custom-made furniture pieces and an eclectic collection of styling objects are available to elevate your shoot with texture and character. The fully renovated chef’s kitchen extends the space beyond production, making it equally suited for hosting, content creation, or intimate brand experiences. More than just a studio, this is a setting where creativity meets craftsmanship; a space designed to inspire and support visionary storytelling. We offer an entire display of product/food photography setups (props; including cutlery, plates, glasses, vases, etc. and backdrops, styling props, v-flats, backdrops for purchase, and video lights upon request. Highlights: In suite bathroom 16ft ceiling, loft windows, concrete floors, and white walls Black and White curtains as a backdrop option Open concept, newly renovated kitchen (featuring a gas range stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and fridge) Custom made furniture Stands, & reflector Props (kitchen, and decor) Clothing rack, steamer, iron, lint roller Colourful Lightbulbs (via remote) Remote Blackout Blinds for controlled lighting Bluetooth Speaker Large Elevator Additional Notes: 1. The upstairs loft is not available 2. Such a beautiful studio with unique pieces. I planned a holiday mini session and it was just the most perfect space to have it. Vanessa was so easy to communicate with and really accommodating. I had so many questions and she was so quick to respond. Would definitely book again in the future. :)

Beautiful space with lots of natural light, props, backdrops, and fun nooks to shoot in. It was perfect for our couple photos and Vanessa made the process very easy. I would recommend getting there early to find parking as street parking is limited :)

Prospect Studio is a very tasteful space with great furniture and lovely North light (on a brightish day). Communication was fast and easy. Definitely a fave.

This studio was so nice! Perfect lighting and lots of space. Furniture and decor was very pretty as well and Vanessa was really sweet. We will recommend this studio to anyone :)
