About the Space
Prospect Studio is a studio dream! Our north-facing, loft studio featuring 16 ft. ceilings, and bright white walls are perfect for photography/videography productions. The space is uniquely curated with custom-made furniture and a variety of gathered treasures to use as styling props for your creative needs. This space features a bright, newly renovated chef's kitchen, which makes this space perfect for hosting your creative productions, meetings, and small events. Updated May 1st, 2024: The space features 14ft white and black curtains which can be used to photograph against as a backdrop. All the furniture is completely one of a kind and unique. We offer an entire display of product/food photography setups (props; including cutlery, plates, glasses, vases, etc. and backdrops, styling props, video lights, v-flats, and a slider. Highlights: In suite bathroom 16ft ceiling, loft windows, concrete floors, and white walls Black and White curtains as a backdrop option Open concept, newly renovated kitchen (featuring a gas range stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and fridge) Custom made furniture Stands, & reflector Props (kitchen, and decor) Clothing rack, steamer, iron, lint roller Colourful Lightbulbs (via remote) Remote Blackout Blinds for controlled lighting Bluetooth Speaker Large Elevator Notes: *The upstairs loft is not available *Furniture and props change out frequently, inquire if you are booking for anything specific. *We will be remodelling the space January 2025.

Favourite space so far! Vanessa was amazing, prompt, accomodating and lovely. The space was better than expected; cozy, cool, chic and offered lots of variety with shots. Would definitely book again!

I recently rented this studio for a holiday session, and it was an amazing experience! The space, with its beautifully decorated Christmas tree, was absolutely perfect for capturing festive photos. Vanessa, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
