Naturally lit penthouse floor in the historical One West Hastings building; we offer 2500 square feet of exposed brick walls, surrounding beams, sleek concrete flooring, North facing windows and raised skylights to create the perfect atmosphere. Fully equipped with a day dressing room turned night bar, private bathroom, fridge, and a newly installed photography cove. Loft also includes access to private New York style terrace. Suitable for all forms of rentals; private events, filming, photography shoots, workshops and more. Located directly at the corner of Carrall and West Hastings, our space is conveniently located for all forms of transit and is the hub for Vancouver’s culture. Surrounding bars and cafes include Di Beppe, The Diamond, St. Lawrence, Twisted Fork, L’Abattoir, Nelson the Seagull to say the least. *Floor is wheelchair accessible by building elevator, and exquisite wood and marble spiral staircase*
