I booked Nezerene's space on November 16, 2025. It was AMAZING! One of the most aesthetically pleasing spaces I have been to. Technology was provided to help my experience in the space, almost everything was just 1 button press away (ie. lighting). The space might look narrow, but there was still plenty of room to move around and create. Nezerene was a communicative and kind host, offering tips on how to use the space and small complimentary refreshments. I definitely want to book this place again, and I look forward to coming back in the future. 10/10

Amazing and lovely host. So welcoming. Communication was great and booking experience with Nezerene was excellent. The loft has a beautiful ambient lighting and a high ceiling with ample natural lighting comming from the windows. The upstairs bedroom is even more beautiful and smelled so good. Beautiful loft. Hopefully will come again someday.

Second time I’ve been lucky enough to shoot at the Railyard Loft. Nezerene was amazing as usual, the space was super bright with indirect sunlight from noon till 2pm. Perfect for avoiding harsh shadows when shooting natural light.
