Welcome! Located in the heart of historic Gastown, our studio is nestled in a beautifully preserved heritage building featuring exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and original hardwood floors. Perched on the top floor, the space offers stunning views of Gastown and the North Shore mountains through multiple oversized windows, filling the room with natural light throughout the day. Formerly an office, the 2,000 sq. ft. space has been thoughtfully transformed into a bright, open-concept studio and event venue with endless creative potential. The private, in-unit washroom has been recently renovated for your convenience and is not shared with other tenants. Gastown is one of Vancouver’s most iconic neighbourhoods, rich with character. Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find charming cafés, renowned restaurants, vibrant bars, and stylish boutiques, all set against cobblestone streets and historic architecture, including the famous Steam Clock. The Space The studio is long and open, with a natural division on the left side where the bathroom is located. The kitchenette includes a sink, microwave, and mini fridge for your use. Guests have exclusive access to the full space. Please note the stairwell is shared with other tenants, gathering in this area is not permitted. The rear stairwell is for emergency use only. While furnished, the studio is designed to be flexible and customizable. You’re welcome to rearrange the space to suit your needs, using any of the available furniture: -4 couches -3 accent chairs -Multiple side tables -Coffee table -two 6ft long folding tables -4ft long folding table There are also 5 high top Round tables that are available for rent $20 per table. Booking time includes set up and clean up please book your time accordingly. Bookings require a damage deposit that is refunded after the booking as long as there is no damage. It will be e-transfered once your booking is confirmed. Larger groups may be required to purchase insurance through Giggster when booking. Cleaning fees will also be determined based on the booking type and number of attendees.
