About the Space

For productions or art shows we have a special program for this venue on weekdays and select weekends (plz contact us for Saturday or Friday evening bookings). Our venue has two rooms (another professional photography studio with double infinity wall, with can be rented together for a discount), so if the calender shows busy, plz message us to confirm if it is indeed unavailable. Full day rental is priced at 8 hours. Weekend& night shoots may be subject to additional fee, plz contact us. Our venue is 2100sf stunning open concept with a full 360 drape that can separate it into 2 or 3 sections. It is large enough to host a big crew with crafty and catering. You can hire a food truck in our back loading area to facilitate/save space but we have a mini kitchen here as well. We have professional sound, retractable bleacher, stylish tables and chairs and lounge, oversized bar island. Includes oversized bar island with mini kitchen and an Italian Espresso Machine We’ve hosted many corporate conferences, meetings, or presentation/press conference here. Professional A/V is included, and Lee’s factory is our Nextdoor neighbor. We have lounge+stylish chairs, signature hexagon tables that can be joined into different shapes or a giant round table, and a private washroom. Meeting rates are limited to weekday 9-5 and select Sundays. *Meeting rates are for meetings/conferences only with light snacks/drinks (presentation, classroom style, coffee/tea/snacks/self serve sandwich)Non-meeting uses are subject to our event rates, violations carry a $200/hr fine. A bartender networking event with caterered finger food is not a meeting; if you aren’t sure plz message us with your use to confirm which rate applies.
