Seating for 50 possible with 5 large foldout tables, 40 chairs, 10 stools, or keep the space open. 3 gorgeous windows, with venetian blinds for no glare or privacy. Small kitchen with full size fridge, dishes and cutlery, microwave, blender, popcorn maker, 50 cup coffee maker, dishwasher. Access to scissor lift for heavy objects and loading in and out from adjacent warehouse. Capacity for up to 50 seated or 100 gallery style. 48-72 hours notice required, single day bookings preferred.
