We just filmed a commercial here that takes place in an office and everything went so smooth - from communication, to amenities, to logistics, etc. The upstairs offices are nicely updated with glass walls and the space is actually MUCH bigger than pictured. We were able to have truck parking, talent holding, crafty, catering, all within the location. This was a production dream come true. Thank you Madison! Hope to work with you again!

Location was perfect. Gerry was really nice and accommodating. We shot on a weekend so there was no interference. There was plenty of space to load in/out with an elevator. There are also plenty of crafty/lunch options next to the location. Will definitely film there again if I ever need an office set again.

The place was absolutely amazing! Cindy and Lukas were extremely helpful. They offered to leave or remove the designers' fabrics that were on the space. We asked to leave it and it became the centerpiece of the space: everyone loved the detail! It was even more spacious than we expected. We worked in breakout groups and the layout of the space was perfect for the groups not to listen to each other. If I happen to have another event in L.A. I will definitively go back to Cindy's space.

Tips on How to Organize Office Events in Los Angeles

Planning an office event in Los Angeles can be daunting, as the city offers endless possibilities for activities and venues. To help make your organization’s next event truly special and memorable, here are some tips on how to organize office events in Los Angeles:

  • Create a budget for the event and stick to it when researching venues or suppliers. Be sure to factor in catering costs, rental equipment, staff needs, and any additional services required.

  • Make sure all necessary permits are acquired before hosting an event if required. This is particularly important if you plan to hold an outdoor event or drive vehicles around Los Angeles for the occasion.

  • Hire professional vendors when needed for catering or other services related to your event so that you can enjoy yourself without worrying about logistics or setup details.

  • Hollywood Sign
The Hollywood Sign is one of the most iconic landmarks of Los Angeles. Initially constructed in 1923 as a real estate development advertisement, the sign was meant to be a temporary fixture. However, with the rise of the Golden Age of Hollywood, the iconic sign remained on Mount Lee in Griffith Park. In 1949, the sign dropped the word "land" and has stayed that way ever since. The Hollywood sign is a famous symbol of glamour and fame in Los Angeles. It was rebuilt twice (in 1949 and again in 1978) and was last repainted in 2005. Many visitors to Los Angeles consider it a must-see attraction.
  • Bradbury Building
The iconic Bradbury Building in Los Angeles holds a legendary tale of ghostly approval before construction could begin. The building, designed by George Wyman, was originally commissioned by mining magnate Lewis L. Bradbury in 1893. However, Bradbury was not easy to please, and he rejected the initial designs until his friend, Wyman, submitted something that truly impressed him. Legend has it that Wyman received paranormal assistance from his deceased brother-in-law, who guided him in drawing up the winning design. Whether the tale is true or not, the Bradbury Building is a stunning example of Renaissance Revival architecture and a popular attraction for locals and tourists alike.
