Modern and minimalist stairwell with clean lines and neutral colors. The white walls and exposed concrete create a versatile space that can be easily styled for a variety of looks. This stairwell is perfect for a variety of film and TV productions, including dramas, comedies, and independent films. Its modern and clean aesthetic can be easily adapted to suit a variety of styles and budgets. We have three stairwells that are all very similar. One has a ladder that leads up to the roof. Amazing location! Jeff is very friendly and easy to work with. He communicates very well! The location is very affordable and has an amazing look to it. Highly recommend shooting here for all your stairwell related shots. Definitely would book again 🔥🔥🔥

Jeff is super helpful and nice. Always response fast and very patient for the whole process. He is also really helpful on the shooting day. The location is nice, the parking is easy, we only filmed the staircase this time but there are lots of options in the building. Will definitely come back in the future for more projects.
