Our second floor kitchen / dining area is perfect for your next film / TV / commercial project. We've had this area turned into a smokey bar and a cafe. Or just use it for what it is ... a beautiful, modern seating area to eat and drink. The 2nd Level Common Area is perfect for your next event, meeting needs, and small - medium conferences. You can also book the space for your next creative projects such as for film and photoshoots. The meeting room can accommodate 40-50 people. Always inquire to the host for space availability. This spacious and versatile area features a modern industrial design with exposed ductwork, concrete floors, and warm wood accents. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, including a long sofa and a series of booths with plush cushions. The kitchen area is equipped with a sink, dishwasher, and ample counter space, making it suitable for food preparation and serving. Overall, this area is ideal for filming, photography, events, mixers, and receptions due to its spaciousness, modern aesthetic, and functional amenities. Film LA permit required
