About the Space

This modern 66,000 square foot office building has three floors. All unique and creative. Formerly occupied by Netflix, it has modern lighting and furniture features. The first floor has a large lobby, cafeteria, warehouse and three post-production rooms. Our ADR stage is perfect for interviews, recording dialogue or shooting a podcast. Our second and third floors have tons of open workspace with standing desks and modern conference rooms.
