Eloquently designed, architecturally inspired creative office spaces, with an emphasis on maximizing the use of natural light by implementing interior glass walls and doors throughout. 4,000sf of event and/or filming space including a contiguous 1,600sf lounge and café/bar equipped with a dual tap kegerator, professional grade surround sound play-bar, multicolored lighting system and multiple televisions. The space is able to accommodate up to 150 people, ideal for filming, networking events, pop-up showroom, seminars, holiday parties, etc. A collection of modern and historic environment. Three beautifully restored elevators and ground floor lobby. A rooftop lounge including indoor/outdoor seating, wet bar, wifi, music and 60 inch flat screens.
