Working with the team at Cocoon Flex Spaces and Giggster when looking for a space to film some interviews in was excellent. Once we pulled the trigger, we were given all the information we'd need in order to have an easy shoot. Everything from neighborhood food options to optional load-in time the day before, COVID-19 protocols and a location manager on site to assist with additional furniture and production design elements like computer monitors. One thing to note: if you're filming or photographing in this space, some of the artwork on the walls will need to be cleared with the artist. Thankfully our location manager brought that to our attention. It is located in Chinatown so the elevator does have an operator, that said, he was fully willing to work within our schedule and the freight elevator let's out directly onto the sidewalk, which was incredibly easy. Working with Cocoon Flex Spaces through Giggster was a way better experience than we've had with other production location sites. One place we looked at was a fully functional co-working space that they were trying to pass off as a filming location. The team at Cocoon actually works in production, and know exactly what would be expected when paying for a beautiful location such a this!

*please note the place on the 4th Floor.* The place was exactly what I needed and was looking for. It was hard to find the place since I couldn’t find what floor it was on. And there was no number for me to call. When I got to the place the person didn’t know I booked the place and when I showed her the pictures she said this wasn’t the place... eventually I knew it had to be on that floor because there is construction going on and every other floor doors were closed. Besides this. I would most likely rent this place again. It’s a great space and gets the job done. Thanks!

Harrison was very responsive to messaging and answered any questions I had. I was able to tour the space prior to the event as well and the representative there that day was very pleasant and helpful. Great location, great price, great set up over all. This was a second room rented for staging during my event in room two. The AC was broken, and there was a small portable on in the room, but was just turned on as we arrived and the room was uncomfortably hot for my models - who were all understanding about it.
