About the Space

This space was designed and is currently used to be a healing space for artists. It has a main open waiting room area with a warm contemporary feel, a small modern kitchen, two office spaces - one with large bright windows and one without, and two medium sized soundproof rooms - one with large bright windows and one without. Currently the setup has one office space and one soundproof room being used as massage treatment rooms, the office with a window as a conventional modern office space, and the soundproof room with windows as a colorful inspiring private music studio with an upright piano, and a fully decked out recording system. The studio space was designed to be fully transitional and interchangeable. All furniture can be moved and redecorated. The soundproof rooms work wonderfully for photographers, music spaces, yoga and wellness spaces, and each room can be rented out separately, or the full space can be rented in its entirety. The building also has a fully decked out gorgeous large roof space available for use.
