Space 2-1 is a 315 sq ft sound-dampened studio featuring large windows for an open feel, and additional sound-dampening panels for any filming or recording projects you might be working on, ensuring better sound and privacy. With a capacity of up to 25 guests, Space 2-1 is a perfect size for collaboration and creativity. Whether you're hosting interviews for a position or podcast, having a meeting or a film shoot, this adaptable space provides the perfect setting. Our dynamic spaces are conveniently located just steps from Penn Station/NJ Transit, walking distance from all subway lines, along with several cafes and restaurants. For schedule optimization purposes, bookings of less than 3 hours may be moved to another room of the same type.
