This is a 4,420 square foot office building that was originally built in the 1970's and still features a vintage interior with an array of textured walls, wood paneling and carpeted floors. The Location offers a total of five individual offices - one of which is a master office with its own private bathroom and an extravagant wet bar. In addition to the five offices we also offer a sizable conference room with a 10 foot long vintage, granite conference table as well as a reception and lobby area, 2 additional bathrooms, 2 serviceable kitchens and 2 additional storage or vanities rooms located in the back. The Location also offers gated parking for up to 3 cars or 2 trucks as well as additional parking in the alleyway.

Great space, very unique. Lots of different rooms for shooting and staging, and you're able to move things around, as needed. We were able to fit about 11-12 cars snug in the back lot and along the side of the building. Other street parking is available. Site rep is easy to work with. Be aware that they'll let you come scout twice for free, but then will charge for each additional scout.
