I can’t recommend Chris’s space more! He has thought of EVERY detail! I hosted a baby shower for 60 people and everyone was blown away by the space. The layout is perfect for people to move around, eat, visit with folks, relax in the pool house. Chris helped us sync our playlist to his awesome sound system. He was very responsive to my questions leading up to the day. He even let me come by to check out the space before we reserved it. There was plenty of seating for everyone. He even has three large coolers available for drinks. And during the party he was easily reachable by text to change out the trash cans when they were full. It was a beautiful, seamless event that all will remember for quite some time. It’s hard to find such a beautiful space that allows this many people in the heart of LA. If you’re thinking of renting this, do it!

Nina is the best! She made everything easy for our production. The space is top quality, and more than accommodating. Her communication is thorough and guarantees that you won't have any unpleasant surprises. My crew and I loved our experiences and will be looking to book with Nina FIRST, before anyone else!

There was some confusion with the address of the property, but it was cleared up and it was a lovely space to shoot in. The host was very nice.

This was a great experience! First, the location is clean and easy to access. The apartment has a good size living-room area, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, so it was great for shooting an interior domestic space. We were also able to shoot the exterior of the apartment unit and use the overall property / parking lot as well. Derek was very nice and super responsive when I had questions. He is available to help, and also gives the crew space when it's time to work. A pleasure to work with.

It's an absolute gem this location. Every little detail is beautiful, every little corner styled to perfection. There was even a closet with extra props for us to use for free. We didn't have to bring any other props as this place has it all. The outdoor area is also beautiful. The owner Brandon is very friendly, lights the best smelling candles & plays groovy music while peacefully letting us do our thing. Amazing experience!
